Dell Driver Detection

I am trying to see what drivers I need to upgrade, but each time I download an update (marked either 'recommended' or 'Urgent'), it says the driver is older than the one I currently have installed. Further, looking in the hardware manager, the driver date (say, for the BT Adapter) has an older date than the update date on the Dell Driver page. I am running an original XPS 12.
