Dell E4300 CPU maxing out
I have a Dell Latitude E4300 the occasionally maxes out the CPU. To correct this issue I have to disconnect the power supply for a couple of seconds and then the CPU goes back to about 10% utilization. I can see this via the Win 7 CPU gadget. What could be causing this? Thanks
