Dell E6540 and a few issues

Welcome, I've Dell E6540. I've a few issues with this notebook.

1. After technician exchange a motherboard (overhrating problems) the battery led on the hatch doesn't work, but the battery led on the palmrest still lights (even when I disconnect a battery).

2. The frame of keyboard stands out in two places (~1mm). Dell exchanged the frame and palmrest, it doesn't helped.

3. After exchange a palmrest, the left button under the touchpaed, crackes when I click on it.

What should I do now?
