Dell Inspirion 13 5000 problem with screen colours

After 2 weeks of using this laptop I face with problem of screen colors are like I don``t have proper drivers

Everything was ok, I install latest drivers and problem is the same, even when i connect monitor on HDMI the situation is the same. When I change pictures like screen can not refresh like old CRT monitors .

Did  someone experience this problem

What is the color change that you see, is the color too bright or too faint.

Does this happen when using any particular application?
