Dell Inspiron 11 3000 stuck in Dell logo loop after system reset failed

Hi,

I had to reset my laptop but there was some error message during the reset and since then my laptop just stuck in the Dell logo screen, reboot and Dell logo again.

Does anyone has any idea about it?

Thank you,

I'm assuming the system is on windows 10....

I'd suggest you try to get system to boot into the Recovery Repairs screen. At the Dell logo screen, turn off your computer using the hard reset /power button. Keep turning the computer on and off until you see your PC booting into the Recovery Repairs Option screen, see image below. It should only take a few reboots.

If successful, click on ' See Advanced Repair options', Choose an option, Troubleshoot, Advanced options, and then System Restore.

In the meantime, please run the diagnostic tool to check hardware on the system by following the steps below:

1. Power off system

2. Power on system, quickly tap the F12 key continuously until you see Preparing one time boot menu in the top right corner of the screen. In the boot menu, stroll down to Diagnostic and then click it. After quick tests, click on hard drive and then Thorough Test Mode . Report back any error code.

Yes it's win 10.

I've run the diagnostic few times already but nothing is unusual. I think I'm gonna download win 10 and try to re-install it.

Yes, reinstalling windows 10 would have been my next suggestion. Keep in mind, there's a Repair Your Computer option in the windows setup - windows 10 media / flash drive). The option will give you the tools to help troubleshoot the system.

Download Windows 10 - microsoft.com
