Dell Inspiron 14 3452 laptop problem

I tried to factory reset my laptop, the name is in subject, and I stopped it bc I needed to use it right then. And when I reset it it brought up Dell support assist and scanned my laptop. Nothing was wrong it said then rebooted my laptop. After that it just does it again and again. It won't stop unless I turn off my laptop or do f2 or f12 please help.

At what point did you stop the reset?  if it was in the middle of writing data to the drive, you likely no longer have a bootable drive - you'll need to boot the system from your recovery flash drive and re-do the factory image.

I don't know when like 40% I think. It's been a bit since I did it. Also I don't have a recovery flash drive. How can I get one or make one
