Dell Inspiron 15 3521 Bluetooth is not connecting as audio device to my phone after Windows 10 upgrade
I recently updated to windows 10 but the Bluetooth is not working properly. It doesn't connect to my phone to playing music on my laptop. I've uninstalled and deleted the driver from device manager and then reinstalled the driver from Dell's official site several times but nothing works. My windows 10 OS is up to date with anniversary update.

Please go to the drivers and downloads page and insert your service tag so that the website can determine what exact drivers you need for your system. Scroll down to the network section and locate the wifi/bluetooth driver you need. Information here can assist you with the proper installation. Thanks.

I installed the driver from dell website by entering my service tag and still I cannot connect as handsfree audio with my mobile. In windows 8.1 it was working perfectly fine.

You might want to check with your phone manufacturer to see if it is compatible with Windows 10 devices. And that the transmitter from the phone is communicating with the laptop. Does your laptop pair with the phone?

I'm using the same phone Lumia 730 and it was working perfectly fine in windows 8.1 but in windows 10 there is no option in devices and printer to connect my phone handsfree. And My phone pairs with my laptop and I'm able to send/receive files.

I've tried with other phones too. None of them is connecting as Handsfree. It's a driver issue or windows 10 doesn't support routing audio to laptop devices anymore? :(
