Dell Inspiron 15 7537 - Turns off when USB cooling pad is unplugged

Hi, I have a bit wierd problem. My Dell is about a week old (bought in France), and until yesterday, everything worked fine. But yesterday, I plugged my external cooling pad (Cooler Master Notepal U2 Plus - which I used before with the same port), and when I unplugged it, the computer shuts down, and gets me some Clock 00C08270 error.

I tried the other USB ports, and everything worked fine, only upper right USB port (USB PowerShare) is acting wierd. But when I plug external hard drive, or USB memory, or wireless mouse adapter, everything works fine. It's a bit irritating. And currently I'm living outside of France, and I'm unable to send my laptop to service...

I tried disabling USB PowerShare in BIOS, but the problem persist.

Does anyone knows what the problem could be?

P.S. I'm running Windows 8.1...
