Dell Inspiron 15 Laptop Disappointing Experience

Right from buying I had the keyboard, motherboard, heat sink, fan, cd-rom, LCD screen, replaced on multiple occasions. Its been nearly 10 months.

First I was cheated from getting an exchange, then a series of repairs went on, it was called to depot, technician came thrice, and today again I have an issue with the LCD screen going dark with dead pixels.

Again they are asking me to send it to repair which would take 20 days to get back to me. I am very unhappy. Hope this post helps someone to decide properly when buying.
