Dell Inspiron 15 R SE 7520 Installed new Windows 7 Ultimate in lieu of Windows 8 need drivers?

My Dell Crashed and after a 3 weeks trying to find a fix I formatted hard drive and installed Windows 7 Ultimate but can't connect to internet?

How do I down load correct drivers on another computer and then install them on my Dell?
