Dell Inspiron 15 not turning on.
hello,
i dont know if this has been posted before but ic ouldn't find any post with a valid solution.
my dell inspiron 15r isnt starting.
it has 2x4gb rams that i tried replacing by 1x8gb.
Since then i tried starting my pc it just didnt, no fan, no disk nothing, screen statys black. only the power light indicator is on, it actually stays on for about 10 seconds then turns off for another 10 seconds and back on etc... Even when i plug the ac adapter, the charging indicator isnt on.
I tried changing ac adapters wall sockets, removing flea power.. all didnt work. tried turning on without battery (only ac adapter); tried to fully charge battery.. nothing..
I also of course tried the past rams and still no solution.
I was told by a technician that the ram i put was good and shouldnt affect my laptop, so i cant understand why it wouldnt work.

Hi,
Thank you for writing to us!
It could be a hardware failure .
We would require you to do a diagnostics without all the memory modules installed which is determine the failure .Based on the Diagnostics LEDs we will be able to conclude the parts than need to be replaced as per warranty .
