Dell Inspiron 1545 Upgrades?
Hi there I want to make some upgrades to my laptop because my System rating is only 3.4 Wi-Fi Card Ram Graphic Card And any other upgrade I can to improve the laptop so what information do you need? 64 bit Operating System Installed memory RAM 3.00GB Windows 7 Pentium (R) Dual-Cure CPU T4400 @ 2.20 GHz 2.20 GHz Processor Subscore 5.5 Memory RAM 5.5 Graphic 3.9 Gaming Graphics 3.4 Primary Hard Disk 5.9

The part of that system that's holding back the performance index is the video chip - which cannot be upgraded. Put whatever you'd spend on a CPU, RAM (which is DDR-2, and as it is obsolete now, will be expensive) toward a new system.

At $212 it's expensive - and will not change your performance index.

The Windows Experience Index is limited by the slowest component in the system - in this case, the video chip. That's the one thing you cannot upgrade.
