Dell Inspiron 15R 5010 bluetooth driver not working/available for Windows 8.1 / 10 tech preview.
Hi I'm having trouble locating the Windows 8.1 driver for my Dell Inspiron 15R (5010) broadcom bluetooth adapter
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Did you try the Vista drivers that are up on the Dell Support Pages? If you go to that link, type in your service tag, you will be redirected to the support pages for the 5010. Under the drivers download link (once you click on it), you have the option of changing the OS. Not sure if Vista drivers will work or not, but if they don't then your only other option (that I know of) is to go to the broadcomm support pages and see if they've released a driver.
Since it's been nearly 2 years since the last new driver posted for that card, on the support pages for that model, I don't anticipate any new drivers being released, on our pages, for Windows 8.1.
