Dell Inspiron 17 5748-8830

Switching in the usual mode requires pressing of the button start. But periodically single pressing doesn't work. It is necessary to press several times the button start, only then windows 10 is started. But in this case scrolling of the touchpad doesn't work. How to deal with this problem?

You can use "System Restore" to restore your laptop to an earlier point in time.

To open the "Run Command Box", press the Window key(+) R key together then type rstrui.exe and hit enter

Has the button worn out or has the button click sound and feel differently now?

The button is not worn out. The sound buttons are not different. Laptop new. Sometimes doesn't pass from the sleeping mode. For inclusion it is required to press several times and to wait.

If you haven't run the diagnostics on the laptop then follow the steps mentioned in the video below and check if there is any issue with the hardware on your system.

Power on the system, quickly tap F12 continuously every second. It should take you to Advanced boot options.

P.S. There is a new problem. The laptop does not turn on. Downloaded to images. (windows 10x64, SSD)
P.S.S. If to press F12 and then ESC then windows 10 is loaded.
