Dell Inspiron 3537
Hi there,
I turned my Dell Inspiron 3537 laptop on earlier today and its behaving very strangely. I can log in, but then all it does is flash between a grey screen and the desktop. I've tried to click on a program, from my norton 360 to the internet. Nothing works. I can't even see if anything needs updating.
Can anyone please help me I'm beyond frustrated!

First check: attach an external monitor. Does that work correctly or show the same thing?
Have you run a full system diagnostic (F12 at powerup)?

Hi the full system diagnostic test was done and successful. But the problem is still there.
