Dell Inspiron 5447 won't boot from USB

I would like to try out some linux distros and possibly do a clean install of windoiws 10, however, no matter what I do, I cannot boot from USB. My laptop refuses to see my bootable USB. (I have used Rufus to create a bootable usb with the following spec: FAT32, with GPT scheme for UEFI, with MBR partition scheme for UEFI, and with MBR partition for BIOS or UEFI. None of them are recognized.

I am thinking that I missing somnething in BIOS.

Can someone who is able to boot from USB on a Dell Inspiron 5447 please send me your bios settings? (My laptop has Insyde H2O version A08)

I have turned off fast boot and secure boot. It is set for UEFI boot with Load Legacy Option Rom enabled.

Thx in advance.
