Dell Inspiron 7537 with 16GB RAM (Patriot Viper PV316G160LC9SK)

I had an issue when 16GB (2x8GB)memory installed:

  1. High load tasks may cause BSOD.
  2. Without high load tasks, the picture on screen (whole picture or random squares) is occasionally jolting, such joilting periodicaly repeats again and again, and finally the computer is hang with “broken” jolting picture on screen.

Memtest hangs when both of 2x8Gb installed. When testing one by one there is no any problems or errors.

May this issue be caused by some kind of problems with motherboard? Or may be there is some way for some deeper diagnosis for understanding reasons for such issue?
