i'm having  a similar problem. I've bought a M.2 SSD (crucial mx300 525gb), wich isn't being recognized by the OS neither on BIOS. BIOS version: 1.2.0.

The best is try the ssd in another pc or laptop. Mine ssd is DOA, sent to RMA, waiting  for the return ssd.

I had tried my friend's ssd on dell 7567, it able to detect the ssd.
