Dell Inspiron N5010 Inspiron audio is too low

hello dear friends i have facing problem in audio... my laptop's audio is too low in spite of installing audio drivers R280657.

when i use headphone or loud speakers then voice is clear, I also increase the volume in all media players but facing same problem.

So please help me asap...

Just to confirm – the audio output from headphones/external speakers is clear with high volume but the audio output from laptop’s internal speakers is not clear and the volume is low?

If that is the case, issue appears to be with the internal speakers that need to be replaced. Please refer the following link to check the computer’s warranty status: http://dell.to/10pMa86
