Dell Inspiron N5110 PXE-MOF error,unable to boot... help me

I'm using Dell Inspiron N5110 laptop, it is i7 2nd gen, 8gb ram, 1TB HDD,,, i'm using this laptop since one year,didn't get any trouble for me.. but yesterday i got an error message and i unable to boot my laptop, that error as below

BOOTMGR is missing

press ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

when i try to restart i cannot find the HDD,, system didn't recognized HDD... after i switch off the laptop and again switch on,, as same i did few times laptop booted as normally.

after i re-installed windows 7 home premium 64bit. and i checked the system by using " My Dell " utility software.it says that all test passed. but the problem is still same.. i feel it is getting worst.today i had to switch on off more time to boot laptop. please help me... how could i recover my problem?

It may be worth trying to reseat (disconnect and reconnect) the hard drive -- however, when you see what's involved in doing so you may just want to have a new one ready to install.  On this model, replacing the drive is far from easy.

thanks for reply friend,, is that the only option what i have to do?

Start with an extended hard drive diagnostic - F12 at powerup.  If the drive fails that test,  you'll know you need to replace it.
