Dell Inspiron N7110 computer keeps restarting
I have a Dell Inspiron N7110 computer that keeps restarting I can see the Dell logo and the option f2 f12 over and over again.
I run diagnostic and pass.
I did the 30 second press power with out power cord or battery.
What can I do?

Hi EJMDHL,
I am sorry about the situation; this seems to be an issue with the operating system. Please refer to the link below to restore the system to factory state for Windows 7 operating system.

Note: you will lose all the data while performing the factory default settings.
In case you’re using any other operating system please let me know.
