Dell Inspiron and Allplan

Hello.

I encountered a problem running the Allplan 2014 software. I also tried to install the 2012/2013 versions but it always gives this error at startup:

I asked about this problem here, because we are 6 who installed the software, and it works fine on other laptops. Only me and a colleague of mine who also has a Dell Inspiron are encountering this same error message. Any help would be apreaciated.

Unless there are other applications that show problems, the issue is almost certainly with the configuration of the software - not the hardware itself.  You likely will want to contact the publisher of the software for assistance.

It's difficult to say without knowing exactly which model Inspiron you have (and which CPU and video chip it's equipped with) but this appears to be demanding high-end software and the Inspirons are decidedly low-end systems - your hardware may simply not meet the requirements of the software.  Have you checked with the software publisher?

yes, i passed all the system requirements. My model is Dell Inspiron 17R N7110.

Which CPU?

nVidia or Intel video?

Which version of windows - 32-bit or 64-bit, Windows 7?  Windows 8?

Intel Core i7-2630QM, 2.00 GHz

nVidia GeForce GT 525M

windows 7, 64 bit.
