Dell Latitude E5440 BIOS error - CPU may stay at low speed after resume from standby.
Hi, I have been plagued by this issue on my Latitude E5440:
"CPU may stay at low speed after resume from standby."
It is listed as "Fixed" in the latest BIOS update (A12), however, the update did NOT fix the issue for me. Can someone at Dell please have another look at it? Thanks!

The same issue here: Dell E7440.
Latest (A15) Bios, totally fresh install of Windows 8.1 and the notebook ALWAYS stays at low speed (798 MHz) after resuming from standby.

Ping, would be nice to get some kind of confirmation that someone at Dell noticed this post and was made aware of that the fix did not work for all customers (if any).
