Dell OEM OS Re-installation discs, Inspiron N5010 laptop

I have hit the problem described here,

http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/laptop/f/3518/t/19517546/

Attempting to restore the system to out-of-the-factory image from the recovery partition fails when attempting to format the partition with "Error 0x400110020000100A".

From Googling around, the reason seems to be that I have corrupted the partition table (yes, at one point I did remove and re-create the user partition - I didn't touch any of the others) and need the OEM re-installation DVD.

How can I get a copy of this? I can't find any download (for free or to buy) on the Dell site.

Thank you for any advice.

John Watson.

First thing to do is run an extended hard drive diagnostic - F12 at powerup.  If the drive fails the extended test, it must be replaced.

To purchase a set of recovery media, you will need to call Dell.  You can also obtain the ISO for the version of Windows on the system by download from Digital River, but will need to do a manual install if you choose that method (though it is free of charge other than for the cost of the disc to record the image).

Thank you for replying. I am downloading from http://msft.digitalrivercontent.net/win/X17-58997.iso
