Dell Precision M4800 - SupportAssist Installation problem. Error message: 'Internet connection is required. Check your connection and try again.'

Hi all,

I bought a Dell Precision M4800 few weeks ago and I was trying to run a full diagnostic test. Both Dell System Detect and Support Assist were not installed so when I started the full test the installation procedure for both of them started automatically. Dell System Detect has been installed (although the icon is just a blank folder and not the logo as shown in the installation dialog box and I don't know why) but when I try to install SupportAssist a message appears saying 'Internet connection is required. Check your connection and try again.' I don't understand the reason of it as my connection works perfectly. I tried to restart the procedure several times but I can't get rid of it.

I would really much appreciate your help.
