Dell S2240Tb - Problem with Ghost Clicking on touchscreen, Windows 8.1

I have brand new laptop with touchscreen ASUS -2-in-1 15.6" (Model: Q551LN-BSI708) and also I bought recently new monitor Dell S2240Tb (with touchscreen). Touchscreen in laptop is working fine but when I connected new monitor to laptop with USB cable is starting ghost clicking on the bottom on screens.

I installed new and older drivers from Dell website and still I have this ghost touches.

I don’t know is the hardware or software issue. 

I am using Windows 8.1.

I'm hoping that I can fix the issues on my own and wont need to send it back to dell for hardware issues...

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
