Dell Studio 1555 Touchpad issue

Hi, I have recently bought the Dell studio 1555 laptop. After just 3 hours of running the touchpad started acting crazy. The touchpad moves automatically. 

I had called up the DELL tech support but they did not give any solution for my problem. After that I started reading this community forum and found out that many are facing same issue due to touchpad heat problem. I believe my problem also similar one.

IS anyone faced same issue with studio 1555.  I changed the driver, restored the factory setting still same problem. 

In one of the thread I found having some kind of tape would solve this issue.  I wanted to try this option but unfortunately I am not able do that. If any of the you have tried opening the laptop please share the image. Since the laptop is new and under warranty I don't want to break anythhing. 

Any suggestions on my problem.
