Dell Studio 1555 keyboard problems

Can anyone tell me how to fix my keyboard as it keeps missing letters when i type. It's a real hassle when putting in passwords!! If you hit the key a few times it will eventually type it, and it's not the same key.. different keys do it at different times.

Thank you

Start by running the Dell diagnostics - F12 at powerup - which include a keyboard diagnostic.  If the keyboard fails a diagnostic, replace it.

Thank you, I spoke to Dell who suggested i download Firefox and it has solved the problem. :emotion-2:  I just hope anyone else with the same problem can find this solution.

After hours on the phone with Dell support, (USELESS), I found a fix for this as it was driving me crazy! Go to mozilla.com, and download firefox! The problem is with Internet Explorer, and Dell won't admit it as they are in bed with Microsoft. Set firefox as your default internet browser after downloading and your problem will be solved!
