Dell Studio 1745 7 long beeps
Is there any current info on this problem?
I have tried what the article says, remove battery, remove power, disconnect CMOS battery for 2-3min, I wated 30min and tried overnight with no luck. Still has 7 long beeps and no video at all.
Can some one help me with this?

7 beep codes indicates motherboard failure and should be replaced'

Hi
According to the service manual 7 beep code indicates motherboard failure. However, you can also follow the steps which are mentioned in the link specified by you. If the problem still persists would recommend you to replace the motherboard.
