Dell Support Center/My Dell/Dell PC Diagnostics does not work
I try to run My Dell or Dell PC Diagnostics and My Dell crashes. I did the uninstall and reinstall process below and that did not help.
I have an E6540 laptop... Help!

Hi Woad2112,
When you say application crashes do you get any kind of error message. Does it happen only on this application or any other application?
Create a new user account and see if it works fine. Else system restore would be a better option try to restore to a point where it was working fine. To do a system restore please click on this link
