Dell Support

I have been dealing with Dell support for 2 months trying to get an Inspiron 1545 laptop repaired. It was one week old when it started messing up. I have spent

hours and hours on the phone and in chat sessions and sent numerous e-mails. I was sent two different hard drives, neither of which even worked in my laptop.

I sent the laptop in to a repair depot. Three weeks later I got it back and it will not even load Windows. All I have is a black screen. I was promised a replacement

three weeks ago but so far I have no confirmation of that and of course no laptop.  In short, I got one weeks use out of a $900 laptop followed by three months

of grief.  Suffice it to say,  I AM THROUGH WELL DELL
