Dell Update (1 update is ready to install)

On the inserted photo, at the bottom right corner, circled in red, is the message constantly showing on my screen now.  I've tried to left click on it, right click on it and touch it (touch screen) but nothing happens.  Does anyone know what I need to do to take care of this?
