Dell Vostro 1520 no login screen
Hi
My laptop upgraded to windows 10 and all was fine until one day randomly it decided not to go past this blue start up screen where the login screen would usually have been.
I have attached an image to show what screen im trying to describe.
I have no idea where to begin with this, any help would be appreciated.

If there isn't any error code, I'd suggest you reinstall or repair windows 10 by creating a windows 10 installation media from the link below.
Download Windows 10 - microsoft.com
After you have plugged the bootable windows 10 installation media into the computer, you could either reinstall windows 10 or use the Repair Your Computer option (see image below) in the windows setup.

Please run the diagnostic tool to check hardware on the system by following steps below:
1. Power off system. Remove all peripherals except AC adapter.
2. Power on system, quickly start tapping F12 key continuously until you see Preparing one time boot menu in the top right corner of the screen. In the boot menu, stroll down to Diagnostic and then click on it. Report back any error code.
