Dell Vostro 3450 Hibernates After Coming out of Sleep Mode

Hi Guys,

My Dell Vostro 3450 bought a couple of weeks ago, since a couple of days, selectively goes into hibernation after I come out of the sleep mode and login with my password. This has happened 3-4 times in the last two days, but doesn't occur everytime.

Earlier I was having some trouble with the internet not working as soon as coming out of the sleep mode and while troubleshooting for that, Dell Support representative, remotely, changed some of the startup (msconfig) options. But after it got troubleshooted (using google and not through changing those startup options), this problem has started occuring. Anyone here who can help?
