Dell Vostro 3460 Boots Sometimes, But Not Always
About a week ago, my Dell Vostro 3460 didn't boot when pressing the power button. Power came on, the three lights above and to the right of the keyboard cycled, but the Dell logo at bootup never appeared. I powered down and then powered up a few times and then the laptop booted fine.
This happens everytime now. I need to try to boot anywhere from 3 to 20 times. Eventually, it boots. It I leave the laptop on and it goes into sleep mode, it awakens fine.
I cloned the hard drive and tried the new drive - same thing.
Once it boots, everything runs fine.
Any suggestions?
