Dell Vostro 3550 (core i5), Can't install AMD Radeon Driver

Dear Concern,

When I'm trying to install  AMD Radeon Driver it's showing no compatible hardware found! But I can see in dell drivers download center that there are drivers from AMD Radeon!

So, doesn't my laptop support AMD Radeon driver! Please help.

Thanks.

Look in the device manager -- if you see two video display adapters listed, you do have the AMD GPU.  If you see only one (Intel), you have only an Intel GPU.

This system was sold with Intel-only (base model) and Intel/AMD hybrid (higher end models) GPU systems.

Hi MASUD RANA,

Alternatively, enter the service tag in the support site and view the original system configuration and drivers. If the system was sold with AMD card, it should be listed there.

Also, please click my DELL-username and write me a private conversation with the service tag and your contact details(Name and Email) for case records.

Let us know if you have any other queries.
