Dell XPS 13 9360 Coil Whine Issue fix??
I want to buy xps 9360,but worried this issue.....
It really can fix the issue????

No, that link above is a scam.
This issue is unfixable in software. The only fix would be replacing motherboard. The problem is that fixed motherboard _doesn't exist_. Dell doesn't care and considers this to be "working as expected; whine is barely audible in office environment".
Search a bit in this forum. The coil whine problem exists for at least 2-3 years in many XPS variants. Dell never cared enough to fix these. Even in new hardware generations like yours.
So if you have silent office or house or have good hearing then you are a bad customer for dell.
Return laptop and get refund if possible. Buy from other brand (just make sure it doesn't have the same issue).
