Dell XPS 13 - Application Spotify.exe has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware

I have so many problems ever since I bought this laptop in October. First, I have constant notifications that the graphics card has crashed and has recovered or something like that. I found a fix for that and now this notifications keeps popping up "Application Spotify.exe has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware"

There are multitude of other problems but I'll save it for another thread.

Very disappointing for 1500 pounds laptop.........

Please suggest if anyone knows the fix. Thank you in advance
