Dell XPS 13 Unknown Device in Device Manager

Hi,
I have just bought a second hand Dell XPS 13 9343 from Ebay.
Having looked in device manager there are two unknown devices under Other devices as can be seen:

The two unrecognised are:
1) PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller

Which brings up the following in properties:

2) Unknown device

Upon further inspection of the Unknown device I found the following which doesn't appear to result in much when googled:

Now as far as I have seen from using the laptop for 2 hours or so everything on the laptop seems to work but I would love to know what these two mysterious devices are that appear to be missing drivers
Thanks for your help

The INT3400 one seems to be related to the Thermal Framework.  I will assume you have not installed the necessary drivers in the correct order.  That one probably has it own driver you can download from the Dell Support download site.

Under the Details tab, choose the "Hardware IDs" dropdown option and post (or Google) the VEN_xxxx&DEV_xxxx string.  That usually gives enough to point you in the right direction.
