Dell XPS 14 L421x Clean Reinstall Driver Installation Order
Hello,
I am planning to perform a clean install of the Windows 8 OS on my Dell XPS 14 L421x. I would like to know the order in which to install the various drivers during/after the OS installation.

Thanks for the reply, but....
The page on the driver installation order you linked me to (third link) is about 7 years old and specifies some drivers/applications that are not applicable for my system, while also not mentioning certain drivers/applications that are applicable. I was kind-of hoping that I could be provided with a driver installation order that is specific to my system.

Hi Ripley123,
Click on the link below, enter the system service tag and click Submit. Select the Operating system from the drop down list to get drivers specific for your system model:

Find the order in which the drivers have to installed:
Chipset
Audio
Video
Network
Quickset
Wireless
Restart the system after each driver installation. Revert for further queries.
