Dell XPS 15 (9530) Touchpad behave strange- always draging like left mouse button is clicked

Hi guys,

I need a little support with my Dell XPS 15, from 1 week I experience problems with the touchpad and I am not sure if it's hardware problem or software problem. It's behaving like it's left mouse button is always clicked - dragging behavior. I followed the instructions here and re-install the driver but without success.
