Dell XPS 15 9560 has wrong hardware?

My laptop is Dell XPS 15 9560, i7-7700hq, GTX1050, 16gb RAM, 512 gb SSD. I downloaded HWiNFO64 to check my laptop hardware, but it is showing that my laptop contains Intel HD 610. My understanding was that the i7-7700hq came with Intel HD 630 graphics, not 610. Also, since i7-7700hq is kabylake, why do I have so many skylake devices??

Sounds like the utility you used may not be fully current -- try another such as speccy or sandra to see what they report.

What does Device Manager say at least for the name of the graphics card?  According to Intel's official page, that CPU comes with the HD 630, and that's not something Dell would be able to change because the Intel GPU is built into the CPU's silicon, so unless it's a mistake on Intel's specs page, that's what you have: en.community.dell.com/.../20018247.  Same goes for the majority of the hardware you're referring to there.
