Dell XPS 15 FHD has a blink of the display at the low brightness

Hello there. A week ago I bought an Dell XPS 15 with WHD Resolution.

Some days ago I notcied that the display had a blink when I did the lowest (0%) 
brightness. Is it manufacturing deffect or so? Someone help me, please. 

I have read that some program could make that problem. Is it ok? Thank you.
