Dell XPS 17 Nvidia 3d settings problem

Hello, um im new to XPS 17, so im pretty noobish on these things so please bare with me.

The NVIDIA that came with my XPS is the one with the "Manage 3D settings" option. but theres a program that i cant remove using the settings

The program remains there and cannot be removed, i tried reintalling then uninstalling the program but its still there

Restarting doesnt work either please help i really want to fix this!
