Dell XPS L521X reboot loop

Hello all, recently my computer died on me and gave me the beep codes with a black screen and no startup. I had 5 beeps and saw that I would need to replace the cmos battery, in which I replaced. However, the laptop flashes a blue screen immediately after the Windows starting logo appears and reboots the laptop. I have tried running in safe mode but that did not work either. Another thing I tried was running Windows startup recovery but that found nothing. Any help is wanted thanks

You may have lost your CMOS settings for the hard drive.  What OS is on the system?

Depending on the system model, the hard drive may have been set in ATA, AHCI, or RAID mode - if that changed, Windows won't load.  The most likely setting should be AHCI.  Check that (F2 at powerup).

What model system?

I'm not sure I can find what you're referring to. I am at the boot menu but I don't see anything about the HDD involving ATA, RAID, etc
