Dell XPS M1530 with Windows Server 2008

Hi all!
I have a Dell XPS M1530 Laptop with Windows Vista Home Premium on it. I was wondering if there were any chances if on this laptop if it could run Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition. The only reason why I want to put Windows Server 2008 on it is because Windows Vista Home Premium goes out of date in August and also Windows Server 2008 runs more smoothly than Windows Vista.
