Dell XPS13 9350 Bluetooth disabling sleep & shutdown
Having an issue where the Bluetooth driver is not letting the laptop sleep or even shutdown - It powers off briefly then an notification sound is played and the laptop is powered back on. I get the following pop up message upon restart 'This operation is not allowed by the group policy set by your administrator'. I run an admin account and have not set any group policy.
Many thanks
Anton

Thank you for your message.
Is there any Bluetooth device connected to the notebook, when putting it to sleep or shutdown?
Do you get any bluescreen error message?
Try to turn off Bluetooth & then put the computer to sleep or shutdown & check if the issue persists.

I PM'd you but I haven't had a response. Yes a set of Bluetooth speakers are connected to the laptop and the issue is not present if Bluetooth is turned off.
Many thanks
