Dell computer reboot
Help I have a dell inpsirion 5559 BIOS Revision 1.0.6 and I restarted the computer but then it had said it failed so I pressed cancel now my computer turns on and only gos to the dell logo and repeats the whole dell logo screen again I already took the 3 hour test it says its fine please help

When did the issue start? Was there any hardware or software changes done recently?
Please disconnect the battery and charger and hold down the power button for 10 sec, then put back both and power up observe for any changes.
If still no luck, then remove the memory modules and try with one module at a time.
Go to support.euro.dell.com --enter the service tag#--submit--manuals --you will find instructions on memory module removal.
Do provide us your system tag#, email address and name via private message,by clicking on my name in blue and then select send a private message
