Dell has failed to fix my XPS 9530 after 2 tries now

Please help.

I have spent 3 hours on the phone with tech support my laptop has been out of commission since mid march. The laptop was serviced on-site once and at Dell's once both with the same result. THe original problem persists.

The problem: The battery won't charge. The tip of the power brick is lit leading me to believe that the brick is ok. Both times it got it back there was some juice on the battery that got replaced. but once that juice ran out, the battery does not charge again.

Of course now, the Laptop is out of warranty and I got routed to the out of warranty dept that promptly dismissed my call.

I've had Dells for the better part of 20 years and have had fine service, this experience has definitively tested my loyalty to the company.

My service tag is CPBKVZ1 the past service request number was 928616597.
