Dell inspire 3567, plugged in not charging after 54% Charging
Hello,
I just bought Dell Inspire 3567 few days back. Laptop is not getting charged above 54%. It shows "Plugged in, not charging". Kindly help me with this.

Thank you for your message.
Disconnect the power cord & remove the battery, press & hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Connect the battery & the charger back in.
Start the computer & tap F2 to get into BIOS, check the status of battery and AC adapter along with the version of BIOS installed.

Thanks for your reply.
I found the solution. In battery charging Custom rule was set, where charging starts at 50% and Stop at 55%. I changed it to Standard and now it is working fine.
